PRE-RACE SWIM CLINIC

OPEN WATER AND TRIATHLON SWIM SAFETY CLINICS
Train for an open water swim or triathlon swim in the pool with a focus on making it a safe and enjoyable experience.
Ann Svenson, Masters Swimmer and Total Immersion Coach, will provide tips on safety, stroke technique and race preparation.

SPRINT TRIATHLON TRAINING PROGRAMS – SAVE 50%

Carl Regenauer has developed an 8 week beginner triathlete training plan for a sprint tri in TrainingPeaks and a more aggressive 12 week plan for people who aren’t first timers.

  • Beginner Plan – One is for beginners doing their first tri.  It is 8 weeks long and costs $10. use code HCT2017 for $5 off (so $5 total).
  • Intermediate Plan –  For more experienced athletes.  12 weeks long and $15 but use code HCT2017 for half-price. So $7.50 total.
